徐丹，博士，讲师，中共党员，美国饭店业注册高级教育导师，全国核心能力礼仪指导师。浙江省一流课程负责人，主持并参与多项省市级教科研项目。在国内外刊物上发表康养旅游、乡村旅游及教育教学改革论文数十篇，指导学生学科竞赛荣获国家级奖项。研究方向：康养旅游、乡村旅游、生态旅游。

Xu Dan, Ph.D., Lecturer, member of the Communist Party of China, CHE, national core competence etiquette instructor. She is the principal investigator of a first-class course in Zhejiang Province and has led and participated in numerous provincial and municipal teaching and research projects. She has published dozens of papers on health tourism, rural tourism, and educational teaching reform in domestic and international journals. Her students have won national awards in subject competitions under her guidance. Her research interests include health tourism, rural tourism, and eco-tourism.
