培养目标本专业秉承“创建国际化、特色鲜明的一流专业”办学理念,遵循“适应行业需求, 深化产教融合”的指导思想,在思想政治教育的引领下,培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展,具有良好的思想品德、职业道德和人文社会科学素养,掌握现代酒店及旅游管理基础理论、专门知识和专业技能,具备酒店经营管理、团队沟通合作及现代信息技术运用能力,具有国际视野、管理能力、服务意识、创新精神,毕业后可在国内外酒店住宿业相关业态及旅游行政管理部门从事经营管理、策划咨询、培训等工作的高素质应用型酒店管理专业人才。


核心课程旅游学概论、旅游接待业、旅游目的地管理、旅游消费者行为、酒店客户管理、酒店管理概论(双语课程)、酒店前厅运营管理、酒店客房运营管理、酒店餐饮运营管理、酒店市场营销(双语课程)、酒店人力资源管理(双语课程)、酒店财务会计(双语课程)、酒店业的领导与管理(双语课程)、酒店收益管理(双语课程)。


师资情况目前拥有22名专任教师,其中5人具副高及以上职称;拥有硕士及以上学位18人,其中博士4人,博士在读3人;有11名教师具有海外留学或访学进修背景,有6名教师有8年以上行业经验。

就业方向:可在酒店、旅行社、航空公司、主题公园、邮轮等领域从事管理工作;在行政、市场营销、策划和人力资源等部门从事行业管理工作;同时可在会展酒店和展会策划公司从事会展策划、执行、招商和项目管理等工作。


社会影响:酒店管理专业在教育教学改革中,国际化、重实践的专业特色逐渐形成,教学团队实力日渐强盛。本专业连续三年在中国科学评价研究中心(RCCSE)、武汉大学中国教育质量评价中心联合推出的《中国大学及学科专业评价报告》中排名前82017年被评为5星专业。学生在企业实习和社会服务活动中的优异表现获得行业和社会各界的一致好评。

Major: Hospitality Management

ObjectiveThe Program for Bachelor in Hospitality Management is aimed at following the guide of "adapting to industry needs and industry education integration" .Developing high-qualified, global-minded and application-oriented talent with a good command of the English language, proficient cross-cultural communication skills and high overall quality. Cultivate high-quality applied hospitality management professionals for operation management, planning consulting, and training. Graduates from this program are expected to competently serve the fields of hospitality industry.
