魏爱萍，中共党员，博士，副教授。主持浙江省十四五省级教学改革项目，浙江省教科规划课题、浙江省教育厅一般课题，浙江省普通高校“十三五”第二批新形态教材项目，绍兴市高等教育课堂教学改革课题等多项教科研项目；主持浙江省一流线上课程《酒店市场营销》，首批劳动教育一流课程《专业实习》；发表SSCI，北大核心、省级期刊论文10余篇；曾获浙江省本科院校互联网“互联网+教学”示范课堂，校级教学优秀一等奖，新艾迪奖教金，CJ奖励基金育人成效一等奖，学科竞赛优秀指导教师等荣誉称号。指导学生荣获国A类学科竞赛一等奖1项，三等奖1项，国际金质奖1项，省A类金奖1项，银奖5项，铜奖2项，指导学生立项国家级、省级创新创业类项目10余项。

Has presided over multiple provincial and municipal teaching-research projects, including the Zhejiang 14th Five-Year Provincial Teaching Reform Project, Zhejiang Provincial Education Science Planning Project, General Project of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education, the second batch of Zhejiang 13th Five-Year New-Form Textbook Project, and Shaoxing Higher Education Classroom Teaching Reform Project. Presides over two Zhejiang provincial first-class courses: the online course Sales and Marketing in Hospitality Industry and labor education courses Hospitality Internship.
Has published over 10 papers in SSCI, Peking University Core and provincial journals.Honors include Zhejiang Undergraduate Internet + Teaching Demonstrative Classroom, University-level First Prize for Excellent Teaching, New Eddy Teaching Award, CJ Reward Fund First Prize for Education Effectiveness, and Excellent Discipline Competition Instructor.
In student guidance, has supervised students to win 1 National Level A First Prize, 1 Third Prize, 1 International Gold Medal, 1 Provincial Level A Gold Medal, 5 Silver Medals and 2 Bronze Medals, as well as over 10 approved national and provincial innovation-entrepreneurship projects.
