白志宏教授 (Prof. David Pai)，现任浙江越秀外国语学院教授、休闲旅游发展研究中心主任，并担任浙江科技大学硕士生导师。取得台湾中央大学博士学位，核心研究方向聚焦于智慧文旅一体化、旅游大数据分析、文化遗产保护与开发及数位经济下的消费者行为。在科研成果方面，展现出卓越的国际学术影响力，于Tourism Management、Current Issues in Tourism 及 Computers in Human Behavior等旅游与跨领域顶尖期刊发表多篇高影响力论文，并主持国家社科基金、教育部人文社科等国家级重点课题。此外，他具备深厚的业界实务经验，曾受邀担任国际顶级五星酒店评审员与科技特派员。凭借跨学科的背景，他致力于透过数智技术推动文旅融合的创新转化，是具备国际视野与产学深度的领军学者。
Professor David Pai is a Professor and Director of the Leisure Tourism Development Research Center at Zhejiang Yuexiu University, as well as a Master’s Supervisor at Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. Holding a Ph.D. from National Central University (Taiwan), his core research focuses on smart tourism integration, tourism big data analysis, cultural heritage preservation and development, and consumer behavior in the digital economy. He has demonstrated exceptional international academic influence, publishing numerous high-impact papers in top-tier tourism and interdisciplinary journals such as Tourism Management, Current Issues in Tourism, and Computers in Human Behavior. Furthermore, Professor Pai leads several prestigious national research projects, including those funded by the National Social Science Fund and the Ministry of Education. With extensive industry experience as an international five-star hotel auditor and a Science and Technology Commissioner, he leverages his multidisciplinary background to drive the innovative transformation of cultural tourism through digital intelligence, establishing himself as a leading scholar with a global perspective and profound industry-academia expertise.
