陆炎，博士、副教授，酒店管理学院会展经济与管理系主任，近三年以第一作者或通讯作者在《Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management》《Journal of Vacation Marketing》《Sage Open》等SSCI一区核心期刊发表高水平学术论文7篇，累计发表学术论文十余篇。近三年主持省哲社规划课题一项、省级一流课程一门、市哲社重点规划课题两项、横向课题及校级教科研课题多项。现任《旅游学报》编委，长期担任《International Journal of Tourism Research》《Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics》《Journal of Vacation Marketing》等多家 SSCI/SCI 期刊审稿人。主要研究方向：消费者行为、消费心理学、积极老龄化、人力资源管理、数字营销等。

Lu Yan
PhD, Associate Professor
Director of the Department of Event Management, School of Hospitality Management. In the past three years, as the first author or corresponding author, he has published 7 high-level academic papers in SSCI Q1 core journals including Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Journal of Vacation Marketing and Sage Open, with a total of more than ten academic papers published to date. Over the recent three years, he has presided over one project of the Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning, one provincial first-class undergraduate course, two key projects of the Municipal Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning, as well as a number of horizontal research projects and university-level teaching & research projects. He currently serves on the editorial board of Tourism Tribune, and has long been a reviewer for multiple SSCI/SCI journals such as International Journal of Tourism Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics and Journal of Vacation Marketing. Main Research Interests: Consumer behavior, consumer psychology, active aging, human resource management, digital marketing, etc.
