
李国英,讲师,酒店管理系副主任,中级茶艺师,企业人力资源管理师一级,拥有丰富的酒店行业经验,曾任洲际酒店、香格里拉酒店培训经理、人力资源总监等职位。主持省级一流本科课程一门,主持校级教学示范课程两门,发表论文数篇,荣获首届浙江高校就业指导课程教学创新比赛二等奖,浙江省高校教师教育技术成果二等奖,校级优秀教学二等奖,被评为优秀论文指导老师、优秀考研指导老师、学科竞赛最佳指导老师。
研究领域:酒店管理、人力资源管理。
Sany Li, a lecturer and deputy director of the Hotel Management Department, holds qualifications as an intermediate tea artist and a first-level enterprise human resource management professional. With extensive experience in the hotel industry, she has previously served as Training Manager and HR Director at InterContinental Hotels and Shangri-La Hotels. She has led one provincial-level first-class undergraduate course and two university-level exemplary teaching courses, published several academic papers, and received awards including the second prize in the First Zhejiang University Employment Guidance Course Teaching Innovation Competition, the second prize in the Zhejiang University Teacher Educational Technology Achievement Awards, and the university-level Excellent Teaching Award. She has also been recognized as an Outstanding Thesis Advisor, Outstanding Graduate Exam Advisor, and Best Advisor for Subject Competitions.
