周攀，讲师，中共党员，圣彼得堡国立大学FAAS中心研究员。应用宏观经济学与产业经济学硕士双学位，产业经济学博士学位。近五年主持并参与ИРИ РАН、СПбГУ、ЮФУ等机构资助项目3项；主持绍兴市哲学社会科学规划重点课题1项，参与市厅级以上科研项目2项。在BAK、RSCI、SSCI等国际核心期刊发表论文13篇。主要研究兴趣：北极；能源经济；低碳消费；消费新业态。

Dr. Zhou is a Researcher at the FAAS Center, SPbU. He holds a Dual M.A. in Economics from SPbU and SUSU (NRU), and a Ph.D. in Economics from Sejong University. He has directed and participated in three projects funded by institutions including ИРИ РАН, SPbU, and SFedU. Additionally, he has directed one key project under the Shaoxing Philosophy and Social Science Planning program and participated in two scientific research projects at or above the municipal and departmental levels. He has an extensive publication record, having authored 13 papers in international core journals indexed in BAK, RSCI, and SSCI.
