梁婷毓，现为会展经济与管理系专任教师，讲师，毕业于英国萨里大学，获旅游与酒店管理专业，哲学博士学位。
长期深耕旅游管理与会展文旅领域教学与科研工作，主要研究方向聚焦旅游消费者行为、家庭联合决策机制，重点围绕夫妻旅游决策模式展开深入探究。同时专注于性别差异、性别角色态度及性别权力关系对旅游选择、出行行为与消费决策的影响研究。
教学实践中，立足行业发展实际，注重理论与实践结合，致力于培养复合型文旅会展专业人才。
Liang Tingyu is currently a full-time lecturer in the Department of Event Economics and Management. She graduated from the University of Surrey with a PhD in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
She has long been engaged in teaching and research in the fields of tourism management and the cultural and tourism exhibition sector. Her primary research interests focus on tourism consumer behaviour and joint family decision-making mechanisms, with a particular emphasis on in-depth exploration of spousal tourism decision-making patterns. Concurrently, she specialises in researching the impact of gender differences, gender role attitudes, and gender power relations on tourism decision.
In her teaching practice, she draws upon the realities of industry development, emphasises the integration of theory and practice, and is committed to cultivating versatile professionals in the cultural, tourism and exhibition sectors.
