戚盼，1999年9月生，浙江绍兴人，澳大利亚昆士兰大学旅游酒店与会展管理硕士，现任浙江越秀外国语学院专任教师。拥有海外学习经历与酒店行业实践经验，熟悉会展、旅游与酒店管理领域。研究方向：会展经济与管理、旅游可持续发展、酒店运营、咖啡旅游、大型赛事文旅效益。专注教学与科研融合，注重理论联系实践，致力于旅游会展领域的人才培养与学术研究。

Qi Pan, born in September 1999 in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, is a full-time teacher at Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages. She holds a Master’s degree in Tourism, Hotel and Event Management from the University of Queensland, Australia, with overseas study and hotel industry experience. Research interests: Event Economics and Management, Sustainable Tourism, Hotel Operation, Coffee Tourism, Sports Event Tourism Benefits. She is committed to integrating teaching and research, combining theory with practice, and devoting herself to talent cultivation and academic research in tourism and event management.
