谢丁梅，女，汉族。拥有十三年酒店行业从业经验，曾先后任职于香港海逸酒店管理集团、安缦酒店集团、温德姆酒店集团、红林大酒店管理公司等国内外知名品牌，历任基层岗位及管理职务。2023年毕业于广西师范大学，获旅游管理硕士学位，现任浙江越秀外国语学院酒店管理学院讲师，主要承担酒店管理专业相关教学与科研工作。近年主持完成《大众旅游时代酒店盈利模式研究》《“课程思政”导向的酒店综合实训示范课程建设》等校级课题5项，发表期刊论文4篇，出版专著1本。主要研究方向为文化旅游、旅游经济、酒店管理。
Xie Dingmei, female, Han ethnicity.13 years of working experience in the hotel industry, having served successively in well-known domestic and international hotel groups including Harbour Plaza Hotel Management (Hong Kong), Aman Resorts, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Honglin Hotel Management Company, holding positions from frontline roles to management posts. Graduated from Guangxi Normal University with a Master's Degree in Tourism Management in 2023, and is currently a lecturer at the School of Hotel Management of Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages, mainly responsible for teaching and research work related to the hotel management major. In recent years, presided over and completed 5 university-level research projects, including Research on Hotel Profit Models in the Era of Mass Tourism and Construction of Hotel Comprehensive Practical Training Demonstration Course Oriented by Curriculum Ideology and Politics, with 4 journal papers and 1 monograph published. Main research interests are cultural tourism, tourism economy and hotel management.
