王红丹，讲师，拥有多年国际品牌酒店（凯悦集团）从业经验。持有美国饭店业协会注册讲师（CHI），美国饭店业协会黄金服务认证（CGSP），葡萄酒及烈酒教育品酒师认证（WSET），德国葡萄酒协会认证等多项行业资质。主持绍兴市精品在线课程、校级精品在线课程、校级双语教学示范课程、校级“课程思政”示范课程各1门，公开发表学术论文多篇。主要研究方向：酒店管理。
