董揆，职业生涯开始于国宾馆，覆盖餐饮、安全、前厅、客房、销售等部门，经多年的成长，从基层服务员成为管理者，后加入国际连锁品牌，近距离探索从“0”到“1”的筹备过程，积累了扎实的服务、运营、管理经验。加入越秀大家庭后，主授核心课程《酒店客户管理》，以及《互联网营销开发与应用》、《活动赞助营销》等专业课。

Dong Kui, Dareer began at a state guest house, spanning departments such as F&B, Security, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Marketing & Sales. Over the years, he rose from a frontline service staff member to a management role. He later joined an international hotel brand, where he gained firsthand experience in the “from zero to one” pre-opening process, building a solid foundation in service, operations, and management. After becoming part of the Yuexiu family, he has been teaching the core course Hotel Customer Management, along with specialized courses such as Internet Marketing Development and Application and Event Sponsorship Marketing.
